Appointments & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule an appointment we appreciate at least a 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
Financial Information
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (606) 878-6126. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

At Anderson Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, P.S.C., we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation appointment.
Our practice accepts several insurance plans. If we do not participate with your insurance and your plan allows out of network benefits, our office staff will file the claim as a courtesy on your behalf as allowed.

Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 606-878-6126 so that Dr. Anderson can be contacted during regular office hours.
We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call St. Joseph Medical Center at 606-330-6000. The answering service will take your message and contact Dr. Anderson.
